Discover public model routes

Use the public registry discovery endpoints to inspect available providers and model routes. Discovery availability is not proof that a particular request will succeed: credentials, access, upstream availability and feature support still apply.

Copy the exact configuration route from model discovery rather than constructing guessed provider/model identifiers. Registry status describes the catalog, not a live inference health guarantee.
